Rudbeckia fulgudia 'Goldsturn'

Rudbeckia fulgudia 'Goldsturm'

I love the seasons and I love plants have the classic look of each season. Rudbeckias do this, flowering in late August and September in a deep yellow, tall and full. Their rich colour and abundance lets you know it's harvest time even in an urban setting.

Miscanthus sinensis 'Zebrinus'

Miscanthus sinensis 'Zebrinus' A tall graceful grass, it looks as though it is in dappled sunlight even on a grey day.

Rosa rogosa

Rosa rugosa

June's plant of the month, it is still flowering in my garden, but now the hips are a rich juicy red, absolutely perfect for early autumn. (See Junes POTM for Rosa rugosa in flower)
